The domain name is legally registered in the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) database and “Pavlakis and Partners Law Firm” is a distinctive sign and therefore protected by all relevant provisions of Greek and European law. Regarding the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties (eg, co-operating websites, members or companies), their protection is the sole responsibility of the beneficiaries.

It is strictly forbidden in any way whatsoever to use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, publish, download, translate and modify a part or all of the contents of the site without the prior written permission of the Company.
